Phab (NI) Independent Living targets the needs of young people, with and without disabilities and interested in living independently. Developed in partnerships with Habinteg and Ulidia Housing Associations, our centers provide quality housing and the experience of living independently. With support tailored to individual needs, young people will develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become fully independent.
“Investing in people” is our philosophy and we commit ourselves to the further expansion of our services as we confront the challenges of the future. Our emphasis is on teamwork and sharing information. The staff shares the responsibility for this with the young people for the success of the projects, with two-way communication stressed throughout all our work.
